"WE NEVER KNEW IT WAS KEN WALIBORA" "The CEO spoke during a virtual meeting with Senate Committee on Health chaired by Trans Nzoia Senator Michael Mbito. The committee had summoned KNH management to shed light on claims that Walibora lay waiting for help for 14 hours at the facility." The star. Will much be done  following the response given by the Kenyatta National Hospital when it came out that the late Ken Walibora was left unattended to for 14 hours in Kenyatta National Hospital, then those in charge in there hospital responded that " we never knew it was Ken Walibora " ???😭this went viral in social media. A lot of questions rise in the minds of the common 'mwananchi' . Do only those that can make it to news headlines deserve care and special treatment? Is there any need to have the Kenyan Constitution ? Do the Constitution protect its' citizens? Do we have a right to life , medical care 🤷? What's the role of the government

WATER AS A REMEDY

Image
Goggle Photo//courtesy Your brain is your biggest liquid asset. It is composed of more than 85 percent water. Little wonder then that if you are dehydrated, your thinking ability drops dramatically, as does the performance of your whole body. ● Water is 2nd only to oxygen in survival. A body can live for minutes without oxygen, for a few days without water, and several weeks without food. ● The human body is 60% water, blood is 90% water, muscles are 75% water, and bone is 25% water. Water is one of the main structures of the body.                          Goggle Photo//courtesy ●Your brain is 1/50 of your total body weight, but it receives 20% of the blood circulation, so 1/5 of your body’s water requirements come from your brain. ●Water balances and regulates almost every other system in the body — temperature regulation, digestion, and waste excretion. You cannot eliminate toxins from your body with insufficient water. ●Most headaches and fe

THE MASSIVE CORONA SHOCK.

Source;goggle// photos The world is in the midst of a stupendous crisis amid the rise of the Corona virus pandemic. With its Genesis linked to the illegal wildlife market in central city of Wuhan in China, last year, the virus that has now been named Covid-19, has walked through a tight spot, killing thousands in mainland China and several others outside China .Although scientists have concluded that covid-19 is not a death sentence, tension is escalating worldwide because no one has recovered from the virus so far. In fact the virus threw scientists into drawing board when a woman 41,who was infected earlier on,got treatment and discharged by doctors believing that she had recovered only to test positive a week later. There is much fear because WHO has said that the virus might kill over 65million people if proper measures are not put in place to curb the virus. aljazeera corona update The world countries where Africa lies, stands at the threshold of atr

HIDDEN TREASURE

HIDDEN TREASURE Source: Abebe // via Google photos. A new chapter of friendship in a strange land,in the islands within the coastal region ,Tudor Mombasa ,confused no one to trust. Amongst the friends I met, though not yet sure of who to trust ,there is one of the friends I liked and  that's Jayson whom I met by the campus gate engaged in registration or rather admission of new members to the church . Through him I got to  totally erase the plans ,image of campus enjoyments that was earlier instilled in mine mind. I rejoiced in that bright prospect of the future joining campus .Gay campus life " all the freedom, attending night clubs, dodging classes ,my dress my choice ,etc." running across the mind of a young highschool girl @ Maurine . Hardwork, perseverance being the key factors to join campus despite the obstacles and discouragements encountered in high school. Exiting results at last, joining a campus of my choice , Technical University of Mombasa." I

LOVE,LUST OR ORGASM?

Image
LOVE ,LUST OR ORGASM ? It is one and the most controversial and contemporary subject. Taking a dive into it is itself  a labyrinth. As much as it is appreciated and highly  regarded by the 'comrades' , beneath ,lies untold pain, depression and agony. Abebe //via goggle photos. "What is love?" The mind swiftly darts to the Corinthians conceptual in the Bible . Forgiving, kind, patient, generous, pure. However in this context, love itself in Campus is toxic , compromising peace of mind, eating mental , spiritual and physical capabilities of many who pursue their courses in campus. Its' prisoning nature, contagious character and horrible effects upon its victims has filled the bravest with fear . Many students who have so ventured in this illicit relationship and have become victims of its' consequences which includes, depression, murder ,extravagance in expenditure to please "babes" rather partners, heartbreaks, social wounds ,low self-esteem,sc

CAMPUS 'LOVE'

CAMPUS SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP. The way campus students are careless on their sexual relationships shows clearly that we are rapidly nearing the final crisis in this world's history . Infatuation has taken the ground in the name of love. Satan has ensnared the souls . Campus students have failed to understand that our bodies are the temple of the Lord which should remain pure at all cost. 1st Corinthians 6:19 says "what ? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God ,and ye are not your own ? For ye are brought with a price therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit which are God's." The indulgence into sexual immorality;fornication, adultery, masterbation, and all other forms of sexual immorality, within campus we are to shun as God out of his love gives us guidance for our own good . We have been bought with this infinite price . All heaven given to us in Christ by his father.God has purchased the will ,th
